If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible,
fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and

winner will be selected.
The winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness
for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation
unless prohibited by law. By accepting any competition prize(s),
the winner agrees to the use of his/her first name and last
name initial (e.g. Alan R.) by the casino in any announcements
concerning such competition results. The winner waives any
rights he/she might have in respect of remuneration or reward
(in any form) for such announcements. Notwithstanding this,
the casino shall at all times endeavor to protect the privacy
of winners' personal details.
Online Casino US appointed auditors will examine competition results.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Online Casino US
Casino Manager shall be considered full and final. No correspondence
will be entertained.
